H2BC5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2BC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 257 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2BC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GUSBP15, GLYCAM1, and PRELID3BP8. Each is linked with H2BC5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2BC5-to-partner and partner-to-H2BC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GUSBP15 grouped by H2BC5-low versus H2BC5-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2BC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2BC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
