H2BC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2BC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 102 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2BC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND1P3, BNIP3P31, and RN7SL715P. Each is linked with H2BC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2BC4-to-partner and partner-to-H2BC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND1P3 grouped by H2BC4-low versus H2BC4-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2BC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2BC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
