H2BC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2BC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 646 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2BC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4445, MIR7702, and CCDC43. Each is linked with H2BC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2BC3-to-partner and partner-to-H2BC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4445 grouped by H2BC3-low versus H2BC3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2BC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2BC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
