Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2BC3 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2BC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD4+ memory T-cells, Class-switched memory B-cells, and lymphatic Endothelial cells. Each is linked with H2BC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2BC3-to-partner and partner-to-H2BC3 results are reported.
