H2BC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2BC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 444 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2BC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are WBP1LP6, NUTF2P8, and MIR1273H. Each is linked with H2BC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2BC1-to-partner and partner-to-H2BC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WBP1LP6 grouped by H2BC1-low versus H2BC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2BC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2BC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
