Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AZP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,538 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AZP6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA repair, Microtubule-based transport, and RNA methylation. Each is linked with H2AZP6 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AZP6-to-partner and partner-to-H2AZP6 results are reported.
