Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, H2AZP5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated H2AZP5 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher H2AZP5 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated H2AZP5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD show a favorable association.

UVM, MESO, and BLCA are the cancer types where H2AZP5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
