H2AZ2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AZ2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,420 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AZ2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MDC1, UBR7, and WRNIP1. Each is linked with H2AZ2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AZ2-to-partner and partner-to-H2AZ2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H2AZ2 versus MDC1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AZ2→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AZ2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
