Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AZ2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 941 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible H2AZ2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EPCAM, NR2C1, and H1-3. Each is linked with H2AZ2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AZ2-to-partner and partner-to-H2AZ2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H2AZ2 versus EPCAM in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AZ2→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AZ2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
