Across TCGA cell cohorts, H2AZ2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,265 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible H2AZ2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cell cycle phase transition, Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle phase transition, and Regulation of sister chromatid segregation. Each is linked with H2AZ2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AZ2-to-partner and partner-to-H2AZ2 results are reported.
