H2AZ1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AZ1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,078 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AZ1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRM1, SMC2, and SMC4. Each is linked with H2AZ1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AZ1-to-partner and partner-to-H2AZ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H2AZ1 versus RRM1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AZ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AZ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
