H2AZ1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AZ1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 517 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AZ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4F8P, MIR7159, and MIR3118-3. Each is linked with H2AZ1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AZ1-to-partner and partner-to-H2AZ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4F8P grouped by H2AZ1-low versus H2AZ1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AZ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AZ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
