H2AX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AX RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,352 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AX-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCL_S67, SMC2, and SMC4. Each is linked with H2AX in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AX-to-partner and partner-to-H2AX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AX→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
