H2AX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AX-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-819P, OR4A5, and HIGD1AP2. Each is linked with H2AX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AX-to-partner and partner-to-H2AX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AX→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
