H2AW

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, H2AW RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,390 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AW-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Muscle organ development, Negative regulation of antigen processing and presentation of peptide or polysaccharide antigen via MHC class II, and Peptidyl-lysine oxidation. Each is linked with H2AW in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AW-to-partner and partner-to-H2AW results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Muscle organ development grouped by H2AW-low versus H2AW-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AW→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AW) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
