H2AW

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, H2AW mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AW-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNA5, TBC1D21, and C12orf40. Each is linked with H2AW in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AW-to-partner and partner-to-H2AW results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KCNA5 grouped by H2AW-low versus H2AW-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AW→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AW) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
