H2AC8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AC8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 93 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AC8-associated genes across cancer lineages are SDHCP1, CCDC75P1, and FGF7P7. Each is linked with H2AC8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AC8-to-partner and partner-to-H2AC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SDHCP1 grouped by H2AC8-low versus H2AC8-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
