H2AC8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, H2AC8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,241 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AC8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Autophagy of mitochondrion, Regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay, and Polysaccharide biosynthetic process. Each is linked with H2AC8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AC8-to-partner and partner-to-H2AC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Autophagy of mitochondrion grouped by H2AC8-low versus H2AC8-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
