H2AC6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AC6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 187 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR521-2, MIR149, and SNX3P1X. Each is linked with H2AC6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AC6-to-partner and partner-to-H2AC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR521-2 grouped by H2AC6-low versus H2AC6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
