H2AC6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AC6 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD4+ T-cells, iDC, and cDC. Each is linked with H2AC6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AC6-to-partner and partner-to-H2AC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD4+ T-cells grouped by H2AC6-low versus H2AC6-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
