H2AC20

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AC20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,604 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AC20-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBBP5_S497, CBX3, and CDC73. Each is linked with H2AC20 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AC20-to-partner and partner-to-H2AC20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AC20→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AC20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
