H2AC18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, H2AC18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,298 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AC18-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2BC21, H2BC4, and H4C14. Each is linked with H2AC18 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AC18-to-partner and partner-to-H2AC18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AC18→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AC18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
