H2AC17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AC17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,551 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AC17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFC3, ATAD2_S342, and TACC3_S71. Each is linked with H2AC17 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AC17-to-partner and partner-to-H2AC17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H2AC17 versus RFC3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AC17→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AC17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
