H2AC17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, H2AC17 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 852 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AC17-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXC2, SPIRE2, and TARS2. Each is linked with H2AC17 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AC17-to-partner and partner-to-H2AC17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXC2 grouped by H2AC17-low versus H2AC17-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AC17→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AC17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
