H2AC15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AC15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 79 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AC15-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTATP6P4, RNU6-1292P, and OR5M12P. Each is linked with H2AC15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AC15-to-partner and partner-to-H2AC15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTATP6P4 grouped by H2AC15-low versus H2AC15-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AC15→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AC15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
