H2AC13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AC13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,242 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AC13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFC2, RFC4, and RRM1. Each is linked with H2AC13 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AC13-to-partner and partner-to-H2AC13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AC13→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AC13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
