H2AC13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AC13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AC13-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU2-1, RNU6-989P, and MIR527. Each is linked with H2AC13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AC13-to-partner and partner-to-H2AC13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AC13→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AC13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
