Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, H2AC12 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated H2AC12 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher H2AC12 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated H2AC12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and COAD are the cancer types where H2AC12 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
