H2AC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 140 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS27P12, UBXN6, and LINC01946. Each is linked with H2AC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AC1-to-partner and partner-to-H2AC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS27P12 grouped by H2AC1-low versus H2AC1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
