H1-8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H1-8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 406 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H1-8-associated genes across cancer lineages are AP1B1P2, DUX4L46, and NPAP1P2. Each is linked with H1-8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H1-8-to-partner and partner-to-H1-8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AP1B1P2 grouped by H1-8-low versus H1-8-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H1-8→partner) and Y-score (partner→H1-8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
