Across TCGA patient cohorts, H1-6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 594 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H1-6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-753P, CKS1BP5, and RN7SL440P. Each is linked with H1-6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H1-6-to-partner and partner-to-H1-6 results are reported.
