Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, H1-6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated H1-6 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher H1-6 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated H1-6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and MESO show a favorable association.

ACC, PAAD, and COAD are the cancer types where H1-6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
