H1-6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H1-6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H1-6-associated genes across cancer lineages are Syk, Tuberin, and c-Kit. Each is linked with H1-6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H1-6-to-partner and partner-to-H1-6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H1-6→partner) and Y-score (partner→H1-6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
