Across TCGA cell cohorts, H1-6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,110 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H1-6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Process utilizing autophagic mechanism, Autophagy, and Protein localization to CENP-A containing chromatin. Each is linked with H1-6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H1-6-to-partner and partner-to-H1-6 results are reported.
