H1-4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H1-4 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H1-4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ T-cells, CD4+ Tcm, and CD8+ Tem. Each is linked with H1-4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H1-4-to-partner and partner-to-H1-4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD8+ T-cells grouped by H1-4-low versus H1-4-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H1-4→partner) and Y-score (partner→H1-4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
