H1-10

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H1-10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,923 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H1-10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are H1-2, H1-4, and HP1BP3. Each is linked with H1-10 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H1-10-to-partner and partner-to-H1-10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H1-10→partner) and Y-score (partner→H1-10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
