Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, H1-0 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated H1-0 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher H1-0 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated H1-0 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, PCPG, and LIHC are the cancer types where H1-0 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
