GZF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GZF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,999 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GZF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SENP3-EIF4A1, FANCE, and CLPP. Each is linked with GZF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GZF1-to-partner and partner-to-GZF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SENP3-EIF4A1 grouped by GZF1-low versus GZF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GZF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GZF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
