Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, GYS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GYS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C5orf52, FAM205A, and LRRC3C. Each is linked with GYS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GYS2-to-partner and partner-to-GYS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C5orf52 grouped by GYS2-low versus GYS2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GYS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GYS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
