GYS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GYS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GYS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2L8, CCR8, and OXT. Each is linked with GYS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GYS1-to-partner and partner-to-GYS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2L8 grouped by GYS1-low versus GYS1-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GYS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GYS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
