GYPC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GYPC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 27,294 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GYPC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBC1D2B, CLIC2, and COL15A1. Each is linked with GYPC in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GYPC-to-partner and partner-to-GYPC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GYPC versus TBC1D2B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GYPC→partner) and Y-score (partner→GYPC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
