GYPC

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GYPC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,188 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GYPC-associated genes across cancer lineages are HBA1, PPBP, and HBA2. Each is linked with GYPC in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GYPC-to-partner and partner-to-GYPC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GYPC versus HBA1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GYPC→partner) and Y-score (partner→GYPC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
