GYPC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GYPC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 110 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GYPC-associated genes across cancer lineages are F10-AS1, LINC00368, and SNORD114-9. Each is linked with GYPC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GYPC-to-partner and partner-to-GYPC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, F10-AS1 grouped by GYPC-low versus GYPC-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GYPC→partner) and Y-score (partner→GYPC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
