Across TCGA patient cohorts, GYPC mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GYPC-associated genes across cancer lineages are CMP. Each is linked with GYPC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GYPC-to-partner and partner-to-GYPC results are reported.
