GYPA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GYPA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,043 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GYPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCO2P11, ALKBH6, and RNU6-41P. Each is linked with GYPA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GYPA-to-partner and partner-to-GYPA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTCO2P11 grouped by GYPA-low versus GYPA-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GYPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→GYPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
