GYPA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GYPA RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,323 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GYPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are HBG2, MYL4, and GYPB. Each is linked with GYPA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GYPA-to-partner and partner-to-GYPA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GYPA versus HBG2 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GYPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→GYPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
