GYPA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GYPA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GYPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNRNPCL3, OR9G1, and TAAR9. Each is linked with GYPA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GYPA-to-partner and partner-to-GYPA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HNRNPCL3 grouped by GYPA-low versus GYPA-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GYPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→GYPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
