Across TCGA patient cohorts, GYG1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,254 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GYG1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein quality control for misfolded or incompletely synthesized proteins, Vesicle targeting, and mRNA 3'-end processing. Each is linked with GYG1P1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GYG1P1-to-partner and partner-to-GYG1P1 results are reported.
