GVINP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GVINP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,092 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GVINP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-628P, C3orf38, and RAD23A. Each is linked with GVINP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GVINP1-to-partner and partner-to-GVINP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-628P grouped by GVINP1-low versus GVINP1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GVINP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GVINP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
