Across TCGA patient cohorts, GUSBP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,895 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GUSBP6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination, Protein acylation, and tRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with GUSBP6 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GUSBP6-to-partner and partner-to-GUSBP6 results are reported.
